In order to meet the needs of each child socially, emotionally, and academically, differentiation is essential. We understand that children come to us with a wide range of abilities. In order to maximize learning, each child needs to be met where he/she is at and provided learning opportunities that appropriately challenge his abilities. This is called individualized learning.
